Each new campaign lets you send a fax in bulk to a broadcast list of multiple recipients, which then points to a dedicated campaign page for more detailed and streamlined tracking. You can now view campaign-specific details, statuses, and delivery insights in one centralized interface.
Another notable update for fax broadcast campaigns is the option to rename each campaign for easy access and effortless organization.
View Team Folders and Request Access
Upgrading to iFax Web 7.20 empowers your organization and teams to work more openly and stay aligned, especially in cross-functional environments.
Enhancements made to Team Folders now allow users to view a list of folders created, stored, and shared within your organization, including those they don’t have access to.
This update on Team Folders includes:
- A new “Request Access” view, making it easier for users to ask for access to relevant folders
- The option to send permission requests directly to folder owners
Folder owners will receive a notification about the request and can quickly approve or deny access, streamlining collaboration and reducing delays.
API Usage Monitoring & Logs
This release also highlights an enhanced iFax Developer Dashboard that supports multiple API keys per account, giving users greater control, flexibility, and security when integrating iFax with various platforms, custom workflows, and automation tools.
On top of the revamped API Key Management UI/UX, iFax’s Fax API users can now generate and manage multiple API keys for sandbox and production environments.
Updates made to API usage monitoring & logs also include the option to view detailed API usage data and logs from Reports, including filter by API Key.
Real-Time Fax Sending Progress Bar
Users can now get real-time visibility when sending faxes. For standard faxes, the progress bar shows the page count. It then displays the total number of recipients reached for broadcast fax campaigns.
Monitoring the progress of faxes in real time is crucial for large-scale faxing and marketing campaigns. It also reduces uncertainty, leading to fewer errors or missed communications.
Streamlined SFTP Fax Automation
iFax Web 7.20’s release also includes streamlined SFTP fax automation, eliminating the need for manual FCL file creation. Users with routine or high-volume faxing needs can now automate fax submissions more efficiently, reducing errors and minimizing manual effort on routine tasks.

Simplified Customer Workflow:
- Customers can upload PDFs directly to their SFTP folder without attaching a separate FCL file.
- The system will automatically parse the fax number from the filename, using the format: [faxnumber]-<unique>.pdf (e.g., \[+12059313545\]-invoice1.pdf)
How it works
Once the system detects the bracketed fax number (e.g., [+12059313545]), it automatically sends the PDF to the parsed number.
A user does not need to intervene or configure each file manually.
Data by Fax Number in Reports & Activity
This release also includes a new reporting view in Reports & Activity that allows users to see a detailed usage breakdown by fax number.
The Data by Fax Number tab in Reports & Activity helps provide deeper insights, especially for accounts managing multiple lines. It also leads to better cost savings, assisting organizations in identifying potential underutilized lines.
